Leapmotor Introduces V2L Adapter in Brazil for R$700
Leapmotor begins offering a V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) adapter in Brazil, priced at R$700, compatible with B10 and C10 SUVs. The device allows users to power external electronics using the vehicle's battery, with safety features to protect the system.

Leapmotor has launched a V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) adapter in Brazil, priced at R$700, enabling users to harness their vehicle's battery to power external devices. The adapter is now available at Leapmotor dealerships nationwide and is compatible with the B10 and C10 SUV models, including both battery-electric (BEV) and Ultra-Hybrid range-extended (REEV) variants.
## Compatibility and Functionality
The V2L adapter, developed by Mopar, connects to the vehicle's power interface, allowing users to supply electricity to laptops, projectors, Wi-Fi modems, portable lighting, and other electronics. The system automatically activates when a compatible device is plugged in, delivering up to 3.300 W and 15 A of power-enough to run household appliances like refrigerators or hair dryers.
The adapter provides 230 V of alternating current at 50-60 Hz, though users with 110 V devices must use a suitable transformer. The vehicle's battery can be used until it reaches 20% charge or a user-defined threshold via the car's infotainment system. Once depleted to this level, the V2L function disables automatically to protect the battery and vehicle components.
## Regional Standards and Safety
The adapter is available in versions tailored to regional outlet standards:
| Region | Outlet Type | Connector | |--------------|-------------|-----------| | Brazil | Type N | 3-pin | | Argentina | Type I | - | | Chile | Type F | - | | Colombia | Type B | - |
Leapmotor advises users to select the correct version for their market and consult the vehicle and adapter manuals before use. The V2L adapter underwent rigorous testing for performance in Latin America, including evaluations under varying temperatures, power consumption levels, and potential malfunctions.
## Additional Accessories
Alongside the V2L adapter, Leapmotor has introduced new rubber floor mats to its accessory lineup. The brand's portfolio also includes anti-theft wheel bolts, Wallbox chargers, organizer boxes, volumetric alarms, and portable chargers.
