Leapmotor B10 Ultra-Hybrid Confirmed for Brazil
Leapmotor expands its Brazilian lineup with the B10 Ultra-Hybrid, a range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) set to debut at the 2026 Interlagos Festival. The model retains the all-electric drivetrain of its BEV sibling but adds a gasoline engine to extend range, maintaining features like a 14.6-inch infotainment system and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) Level 2. Pricing and full specifications will be revealed at the event.

Leapmotor has confirmed the arrival of the B10 Ultra-Hybrid in Brazil, expanding its local lineup with a range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) variant. The model will make its debut at the 2026 Interlagos Festival, scheduled for August 27-30 at São Paulo’s Autódromo de Interlagos. The B10 Ultra-Hybrid follows the brand’s strategy of offering both battery-electric (BEV) and REEV options, similar to its C10 SUV. ## All-Electric Drivetrain with Extended Range Unlike conventional hybrids, the B10 Ultra-Hybrid relies solely on electric propulsion, with a gasoline engine acting as a generator to recharge the battery. This system ensures that the vehicle always operates in electric mode, providing a driving experience comparable to a pure EV. The setup allows drivers to choose between plug-in charging or refueling, eliminating range anxiety for longer trips. ## Features and Safety The B10 Ultra-Hybrid retains many of the features found in the BEV version, including a 14.6-inch infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a five-seat cabin, and faux-leather upholstery. Safety is enhanced by seven airbags and ADAS Level 2, which includes lane-keeping assist, forward collision warning, autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, and rear cross-traffic alert. Leapmotor has hinted at additional features exclusive to the Ultra-Hybrid but has reserved full details for the Interlagos Festival. ## B10 Electric Specifications The current BEV version of the B10 is powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor producing 218 horsepower and 24.5 m·kgf of torque. Its 56.2 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery provides an Inmetro-certified range of 288 km. Charging capabilities include up to 11 kW AC and 140 kW DC, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint in 7.3 seconds and a top speed of 170 km/h. The BEV measures 4,515 mm in length, 1,885 mm in width (excluding mirrors), and 1,655 mm in height, with a 2,735 mm wheelbase. Cargo space includes a 405-liter trunk and a 21.5-liter front compartment, though the latter will be removed in the REEV variant to accommodate the gasoline engine. Further details about the B10 Ultra-Hybrid, including power outputs, range, and battery capacity, will be announced during the Interlagos Festival.
