Jeep Cuts Prices Up to R$48,800 on Brazilian SUVs

Jeep has initiated a new commercial strategy for its SUV lineup in Brazil, offering significant discounts on select models. The campaign targets the entry-level versions of the Renegade, Compass, and Commander, combining cash price reductions with a bonus on the appraisal value of used cars traded in.

The most notable shift is the new price for the Compass Sport 2026/2026, now listed at R$ 137,990 in cash. This represents a cut of R$ 37,000, but is restricted to units in Carbon Black paint and without any optional extras. This aggressive pricing positions the mid-size SUV close to the intermediate version of the smaller Jeep Avenger, which sells for R$ 135,990, and below the Avenger Limited, priced at R$ 145,990.

To qualify for the offer, a customer must trade in a used vehicle and take out a 24-month, zero-interest financing plan. The Sport trim includes six airbags, dual-zone air conditioning, electric power steering, and an Auto Hold system, though it features a simplified interior finish to achieve the lower cost.

Commander and Renegade Offers

The seven-seat Commander Longitude 2027 has also been repositioned, with a new cash price of R$ 179,990. This offer, which also mandates the black color and no extra options, involves a discount of R$ 48,800. With this reduction, the large SUV now competes in the price bracket typically occupied by mid-size utility vehicles.

Despite being the base model of the Commander range, the Longitude version retains its advanced driver-assistance systems. These include lane-keep assist, autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, semi-autonomous parking, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster.

The Renegade Altitude 2026/2027 continues to be offered for R$ 124,990 in cash, a price that has been in effect for several months. This entry-level version comes equipped with full-LED headlights, an electronic parking brake, and recalibrated traction control.

Higher Trim Incentives

The sales strategy also extends to more expensive configurations within the portfolio. For models like the Renegade Sahara, Compass Longitude, and Commander Blackhawk, the manufacturer promises to pay 100% of the Fipe table value for the used car traded in. This incentive is combined with a zero-interest financing option.

The promotional action is a direct attempt by Jeep to maintain the competitiveness of its sport utility vehicles in the Brazilian market. By adjusting the prices of key models, the brand is seeking to stimulate sales through a combination of immediate price cuts and favorable financing terms tied to vehicle exchange.
